7-Eleven Nachos

7-ELEVEN X FROGGY

‘7-Eleven Nachos’
7-Eleven X Froggy

A music video celebrating a Riot Grrrl band and their love of 7-Eleven Nachos.

A teenage Riot Grrrl band called Froggy wrote an amazing song called 7-Eleven Nachos and asked if the brand could sponsor them as a joke. We said yes. So we created an entire social media campaign with one goal; make the band famous.  The campaign culminated in a music video launch that caught the attention of Mötley Crüe, My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, White Zombies, and Kevin Smith, who put the song in Clerks 3.

Before the music video release, we turned 7-Eleven’s social media account into a Froggy fan account and teased the drop to all our followers.

After the music video launched, we continued to amplify the band and their music on all our channels.

We surprised and delighted people who followed Froggy on IG by sending them posters and album art from the band.

And a few fans even got custom-made Froggy leather jackets with handwritten type; replicas of the ones the band wore in the music video.

All the hard work was truly worth it when we got to see their heartfelt reactions to watching the music video for the first time <3
